Q: What business challenge did you face?

A: Marketing the Instructor Development Course was not easy. With PADI, the organization helps a lot with advertising and preparing a student to enter the IDC course.

Starting Over
A: After [working for a long time with] other organizations and being able to graduate students from beginner to pro level, changing to a new organization was not easy. It felt like starting from square one again, taking a big step.

A: PADI’s reputation regarding the Instructor Development Course is amazing. Students register for the IDC with minimum effort from us. Through PADI’s marketing and brand recognition, students who are looking to go professional are seeking us out. It’s a game changer.

We’re Exceeding Our Goals
A: We are currently on track to break our record. We are very grateful! Since switching to PADI and becoming a Five Star IDC Dive Center, Dive36 has seen the power of the PADI brand in helping their business acquire new IDC candidates and putting them on track to break previous records and exceed business plan expectations.
Q: What’s your advice to others facing a similar challenge?
PADI is the Easiest to Work with at the Professional Levels
A: Today, in our opinion, as a professional diving organization, PADI is the easiest organization to work with, especially at the pro levels. PADI’s curriculum of courses supports the student and guides them to the top levels. Students tend to continue their education more frequently with PADI. After trying PADI’s online eLearning capabilities, it won’t be easy to leave it.
