We have a new career opportunity for an Instructor Development Consultant (East Asia), preferably based in the Philippines or Malaysia.
Main duties include ensuring arrangements for the conduct of IEs and other ID events in the region, representing Instructor Development to the PADI Membership, promoting PADI Instructor Development, and assisting PADI Course Directors and PADI Five Star IDC owners in expanding their ID business. You will work closely with Regional Managers to increase overall pro-level certifications in the region.
Our ideal applicant should be a PADI Course Director (IDC Staff Instructor at a minimum). A high degree of competency in English with a preference given to multilingual applicants, especially those speaking Chinese or Korean, but all applications will be considered.
Residency or citizenship, or the ability to obtain an appropriate visa, is essential to live, work, and travel in the area.
